General Agreements

I will do my best to ensure that my child attends every lesson and attends on time.

I agree to let staff know of anything that might affect my child’s education or wellbeing; as well as any information on academic levels achieved prior to joining TCW.

I agree to provide TCW with as much notice as possible when my child is unwell and be prepared to show medical evidence if requested.

I agree that I (or another responsible adult) will be present during any lessons my child has in the home.

I understand that a member of TCW staff will take a photo of my child to be used for identification purposes.

I understand if my child has any remote lessons (on Google Meet) these will be recorded for monitoring and training purposes.

I understand that my child must adhere to the safe use of TCWs ICT systems and the internet

Would you like your child to remain supervised during breaktimes? (Lunchbreaks during offsite lessons are unsupervised, to allow our teachers time to travel between students. If you are not happy with this, please speak to your child's Education Support Officer).

Ownership Rights

We celebrate our students' work by sharing it with the school and our wider community, for example in our newsletter.

I am happy for my child's work to be celebrated through TCW's social media channels.

I am happy for my child's work to be uploaded onto money making platforms, such as Spotify, and shared for promotional use outside of TCW. (Any significant funds raised would be forwarded on to you).

Image Consent

I am happy for photographs or videos of my child to be included on the TCW website.

I am happy for photographs of my child to be included in the school prospectus.

I am happy for photographs or videos of my child to be included in the school newsletter, which is shared with parents, carers, staff, professional partners (such as local authorities, social workers) and other interested parties.

I am happy for photographs or videos of my child to be included on the school's Instagram account.

I am happy for photographs or videos of my child to be included on the school's Twitter account.

I am happy to photographs or videos of my child to be included on the school's LinkedIn account.

I am happy for photographs or videos of my child to be used as part of the TCW Showcase, which is watched by a select audience, live streamed online, and will remain privately accessible to watch on YouTube and our website at parents'/student's request.

I am happy for photographs or videos of my child to be used to represent the school in local or national media (this is very rare and we would always talk to you first).
