Consent Form

Due to our school being spread across a wide area, we try to capture our students' and staff's fabulous work by sharing photographs and videos that capture special moments, achievements and the atmosphere of the school. This helps us celebrate the uniqueness of our school, staff and students as well as providing a sense of community despite not always being together and helping prospective students understand the type of education setting we are. These moments can be shared in a variety of ways. Please let us know if you are happy to be involved by answering the consent questions below.

I understand that my photograph will be taken by a member of TCW Staff and used to make my ID Pass. It will be stored on our secure intranet system and may be shared with students for identification purposes.

I understand that lessons I record for the purpose of cover may be shared with other students and teachers within the school.

I am happy for my image to be used for non-mandatory INTERNAL communications. (This includes your email (only visible internally), Lesson Tracker (accessible only to staff and the student(s) you teach), assembly videos (not uploaded), etc.)

I am happy for photographs or videos of me to be included in the school newsletter, which is shared with parents, carers, staff, professional partners (such as local authorities, social workers) and other interested parties.

I am happy for photographs or videos of me to be used as part of the TCW Showcase, which is watched by a select audience, live streamed online, and will remain available to watch on YouTube and TCW's website.

I am happy for photographs or videos of me to be included on the TCW website.

I am happy for photographs of me to be included in the TCW prospectus, or other promotional material.

I am happy for photographs or videos of me to be included on the TCW Instagram account.

I am happy for photographs or videos of me to be included on the TCW Twitter account.

I am happy to photographs or videos of me to be included on the TCW LinkedIn account.

I am happy for photographs or videos of me to be used to represent TCW in local or national media (this is very rare and we would always talk to you first).

I am happy for recordings of my lessons to be used for training and teaching purposes.
